In these markets the Group's strategy is to continue leading the way through constant innovation and development of complementary services. 2005 will see three new product launches with more in the pipeline for 2006.
It seeks to reinvest its profits in the Group to enable it to continue to diversify and develop. All development builds on the Group's core strengths: to understanding what customers value and develop services and products to match.
In response to recently emerging trends, 2005 has seen the Group expande to include Bottled Water Direct Ltd - a bottled water delivery company, and Waterfall Spa Ltd - a luxury spa.
The Group is family owned and run, controlled by chairman and founder John Elliott MBE DL and family.
