Getting to Ebac:
By Car
West Auckland is easily accessed via the A1 (M), from junctions 59 or 60. The Ebac factory is located on the main A688 road, next to the Focus DIY store.
By Rail
The closest rail stations to Ebac are Durham and Darlington. Both stations are on the main Eastern line from London to Edinburgh. Both stations have taxi ranks outside, and the journey is approximately 15 mins to Ebac.
By Bus
The Ebac offices and factory are served by buses from Darlington, Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas. The 8,12 and 82 buses all frequent West Auckland from Bishop Auckland
By Air
Ebac is accessible from both Newcastle and Durham Tees Valley Airport. Public transport via the Metro and Rail systems is available at Newcastle, bus travel or taxi for the 20 mile journey from Durham Tees Valley.
By Sea
The North Shields Ferry Terminal is 35 miles from Ebac. There are regular services from Scandinavia and mainland Europe. Visitors can then travel to Ebac using the Metro and Rail systems, or car hire is available at the Terminal. |
