Ebac Turns up the heat on Refrigeration Market

Ebac, who recently entered the Refrigeration market with a new range of Fridges and Freezers have reported a high demand for their products from Independent Retailers.
The European market leading manufacturer of Dehumidifiers and Watercoolers entered the Refrigeration market in May this year with a range of 17 Stainless Steel and White Fridges & Freezers which will be sold primarily through Independent Retailers.
Now available from over 40 independent retailers throughout the UK, response to the new range has been very positive – Ebac Stockist Paul Darlow, owner of Independent Retailer Lynnlec in Norfolk commented "We decided to stock Ebac's new range mainly because it stands out in the market – although the Fridge market is very competitive Ebac have developed a very solid product range with an excellent set of features. The free 2 year warranty is also a great selling point that tips the balance in Ebac's favor".
Joanne Lakeman of A.B Coates in Hull added "For us one of the things that we’ve found people like is the 54cm wide models – the market has is well supplied with 60cm models over the past few years and it became very difficult to get hold of anything else".
Alan Bunce of Padgate Appliances mentioned the benefits of the Stainless Steel – "The Stainless Steel models have generated a good deal of interest – and the fact that they are all Anti-fingerprint is something that customers have really liked" and Tim Williams from 'Gillmans' in Gloucester summarised "The new range seems to catch the eye of everyone who comes into the store – and when people find out about the British heritage of Ebac it all seems to fit together and people trust the brand. Ebac as a Refrigeration brand just seems to appeal to customers".
Commenting on the success of the range so far, Ebac Business Development Manager Paul McGeary commented "We spent a lot of time at the research stage simply looking at what people wanted from their ideal Fridge and Freezer. We didn’t hold any pre-conceptions about what they wanted and kept ourselves completely open to suggestions".
"We came up with a product range which we are extremely confident in – we've included as much as we could from what people told us they valued such as the maximised fresh food space and anti-fingerprint Stainless Steel range. We have also had tremendous feedback about the free 2 year parts and labour warranty which gives Ebac Refrigeration the edge on other major brands when customers are making a decision".
Featuring a number of innovations such as Anti-fingerprint Stainless Steel, Fridge Check that tells users if their fridge is at the optimum temperature, Intelligent Cooling that ensures cold air is effectively circulated and Electronic Temperature Control, the Ebac Refrigeration Range is currently available in over 40 independent retailers throughout the UK.
